Asscher Enterprises Limited (Formerly Known as Indian Seamless Enterprises Limited)
was incorporated on 24th Day of July 1995 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956
under the name and style “Elmec Machines Private Limited”. The name of the Company
was changed to ‘Elmec Machines Limited” (deemed public company) with effect from 22nd
June 1998. The name of the Company was further changed to “Indian Seamless
Enterprises Limited” with effect from 25th June 1998 with the Registrar of Companies,
Pune, Maharashtra.
Again, the name of the Company was changed to “Asscher Enterprises Limited” with effect
from 12th October, 2022.
The Company is presently engaged in the business of trading and investment. It is also a
promoter of Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited and TAAL Enterprises Limited.
